DMF Express s.r.o. is a Slovak freight forwarder and carrier serving the European Union, with over a decade of forwarding experience, FIATA and ISO 9001 credentials, and its own 7.2 t curtain-side fleet.
Who we are
DMF Express s.r.o. is a Slovak freight forwarding and road transport company. Our registered office is in Bratislava and our office is in Trebišov. We move goods across the European Union and the rest of Europe for manufacturers, distributors, retailers and other forwarders - from a single pallet to a full 24 t trailer.
The company is young; the team is not. Our forwarders have been organising European road freight for over a decade, and that experience is the whole product. It is what lets us price a lane realistically instead of optimistically, recognise a loading constraint before it becomes a two-hour wait at a ramp, and tell a client honestly when a deadline cannot be met legally.

What makes us different
We carry our own risk
Most freight forwarders are pure intermediaries. We are not: we own and operate a fleet of 7.2 t curtain-side vehicles, and we buy trailer capacity on top of it. Running our own trucks means we experience the consequences of a bad plan directly, and that has a way of keeping planning honest.
One named contact
You are not routed through a ticket queue. The same forwarder handles your enquiry, your booking, your loading window and your proof of delivery - and knows without being reminded that your Munich site closes at 15:00 and has no forklift.
Transparency, accountability, long-term partnerships
These three commitments are what the business is built on. In practice: the quoted price is the invoiced price; if something goes wrong on the road we call you rather than waiting for you to notice; and most of our volume comes from clients who have been with us for years.

How we work with clients
New clients usually start with a single shipment - often an urgent one that somebody else could not cover. That is a fair test, and we prefer it to a presentation.
If it goes well, the next step is normally a set of recurring lanes with agreed rates, fixed loading days and a named forwarder who learns your sites. For clients with consistent volume we set up scheduled capacity so the vehicle is reserved before you need to ask for it.
Either way, the commercial relationship is straightforward: agreed rates, invoicing after delivery on standard payment terms, and no surcharges that were not in the quote.
