Quality Management System
Our quality management system is certified for providing transport and logistics services by road (IAF code 31). Quotation, carrier selection, documentation and complaint handling follow defined, audited processes - not whoever happens to be at the desk.
EU Community licence
International carriage of goods by road for hire or reward
Authorises us to carry goods by road for hire or reward on any route within the European Union, under Regulation (EC) No 1072/2009. We are a licensed carrier with our own vehicles, not only an intermediary.
FIATA Diploma in Freight Forwarding
Personal professional qualification
The international professional qualification of FIATA, the world federation of freight forwarders, awarded by vocational training and examination. It covers forwarding practice, transport documentation, liability, Incoterms and cargo insurance.
GDPR audit
Certificate of a completed GDPR audit
An independent audit confirmed that our processing of personal data complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
What this means for your shipment
ISO 9001:2015 means our quoting, carrier selection, transport documentation and complaint handling follow written, audited procedures. The practical effect is consistency: the same checks happen on every shipment, whoever is at the desk that day.
The EU Community licence authorises us to carry goods for hire or reward on any route within the European Union. For you it means your contract is with a licensed carrier that is directly liable for the transport - not with a company that only resells it.
The FIATA Diploma is the international professional standard for freight forwarders. It covers forwarding practice, transport documents, liability under the CMR Convention, Incoterms and cargo insurance - the knowledge that decides whether a shipment runs smoothly or ends in a claim.
